Normal  Day MARCH 23 2024 Yesterday  MEALS (1) Calories 316 Net Carbs 53g Fibre 3g Protein 12g Sugar 6g Fat 5g C/F/P% 70/14/16 (M) 82mg/dl. 60min yoga 10min body weight  4ml walk 8ml bike 00min swim  64days to cruise.  Spring is here.  My insulin/glucose are under control. I am back to training. The outfit I use to chart my progress fits better. The short are perfect. Top looking better.  I will order clothes mid April. I can do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
