I have actually been on Atkins for 2 weeks, I started out at 275.4. Weighed in today and I am at 265. I find I am getting bored with eating the same things over and over and hope to keep myself accountable by sharing my journey, food choices and daily activity with people who are struggling with their weight like I am.

I know Atkins has some restrictions with veg but I would recommend getting creative with broccoli. Seriously, get some nice blanched, steamed, with garlic powder, salt and pepper, some extra virgin olive oil.
