Normal  Day MARCH 5 2024
Yesterday TMAD (Three Meals A Day) Net Carb 64 Waist 39 ins (M)   92 mg/dl. Losing fat gaining muscle is a different game for me. I need more protein and consistancy of training and rest. I need to weight train.  Today I changed food. Protein 75 gm Carbs 28 No sugar. 6 miles of slow walking. Tomorrow exercise.  I can do this!! 🏊🏽‍♀️🚴🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
