Up a couple pounds this week, but that's partly by design. I pushed things very hard to lose 47 pounds between December and a couple weeks ago, so I intentionally scaled things back this week. I still worked out and still was somewhat careful about my eating habits, just not as intense as I had been doing. One more week of that schedule--although I would like to take the couple back off!--and then hitting it hard again starting June 1st.
