Normal Day JANUARY 16 2024 Yesterday I spent the day searching the internet for this equation. This is how I calculate Net Carbs. (CARBS - FIBER) + (.56 × PROTEIN). When I eat, even today this caluation is in my head. I don't follow it anymore. For the next 6 weeks, I started yesterday I will follow it. I can do this!!🏊🏽♀️🚴🏽♀️🏃🏾♀️
