I was stuck at 147.2 for a few days then ate popcorn at the movies and gained. Hopefully it’ll fall off today

That seems to happen to me every time i eat popcorn so i generally avoid it. Not even movie popcorn which is worse than the air popped lower calorie stuff. Give it a few days and drink loads of water. Bummer for me because i love salty crunchy things. You’ll be okay

Thanks YOH! It seems to me everytime I get stuck instead of dropping I go up. The movie popcorn was definitely salty.

When that happened to me i would double down on my walking or drop my calories a couple hundred for a few days and then back up and add more water than normal. I usually get about 80 oz a day but during loss period was often at 100. Hope any of this helps you.

I’ll try thanks YOH. My water intake is usually 4-8 glasses a day. I’ll try to up it.

@YOH I upped my water intake yesterday and had to pee 2x in the middle of the night and twice as meant times during the day. How do you manage? I felt like a child everytime I might be out of the house I went just in case.

That’s the downside but the benefits of good adequate h2o intake are well documented and do aid in weight loss so i just sigh and pee. Frequently😂

YOH I can’t keep up that water intake. It’s too much for me. I need my sleep and difficult when I’m climb at the gym. I’ll try to add a glass here and there targeting maybe 1-2 extra moving forward and see what happens.
