I’m frustrated!!!! Wtf I don’t think weighing myself is a good idea everyday. Because of all of my health issues that cause slow digestion and retention of fluid!!!!
209.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Jenn, this topic is often talked about weighing yourself is a very personal matter but most people weigh themselves about once a week some people do it every day and then take an average it depends on each person and their threshold and understanding of stress and about weight. Personally, I weigh myself once a week with the exception of the week that I'm on my period because I have a long period that typically averages out once every 10 days. if you know you're having an issue with digestion I would just skip that day if you're going to weigh daily or if you have drink or eaten a lot of food with salt have an understanding that that's going to affect the weight that you are given. Also it's important to know how your way yourself to weigh yourself at the same time and the same way each time so that you get a consistent weigh-in. I wish you luck and reduction of stress in this topic.

Thank you @Leah_Guffy. That made me feel better. I did do super deserts on Christmas Eve, but certainly not as much as the scale says!! I do have multiple gastrointestinal illnesses. One of which paralyzes my stomach and takes days for me to digest. I eat according to the diet I’m supposed to be on. But it still takes extra time. I’m definitely going to start weighing myself once a week instead. That should help. Thanks again for your support.

No worries dear, happy to be of help. I understand about slow digestion I have that issue with meat for whatever reason after I had children my body just doesn't like to digest it particularly red meat. 🤷 Always feel free to ask questions and make comments that is what we are here for. 😃
