Bathroom weight finally. Had to up my supplement dosage. Feed better

159.6 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb. Still to go: 9.6 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Yep! That was my grandmother's mantra. Idc if you had a toothache, you needed a "good working out"...lol.
