Had all my water, joined a whatsapp support group with some of fat secret ladies...it really helped chatting to ppl that are going through similar challenges. Today my focus is not to have any illegal snacks.
246.5 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 72.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
