shaving off carbs to get down to 145! man its getting tough. trying to ramp up activity as well as i slowly recover from stress fracture in my foot! been riding bike more (knee is bothering me now) walking increased to 1.5 miles in am and 1 mile PM. (doctors restrictions). i'll do PT exercises today and a quick warm up on the arm bike. give my knee a rest!
