So excited my BMI is well within the normal range 24.4! Was so excited to share this with my dietitian at our last meeting. My goal is to have a BMI of 22.2 which is 145 pounds. Got my walking boot off walked over 2 miles the other day and of course my foot is super sore today. I think I’ll try to ride the bike and see how that goes. Wish me luck.
