OMAD and IF success, the calorie deficit is a feeling that I can say is palpable yet completely comfortable. I have breakfast or lunch or dinner, then almost always a dessert, and more dessert sometimes … and I only eat what I’m hungry for, and I eat what portions are best to keep my stomach not-quite-full. That includes pizza and cheese and sandwiches. Just… one serving usually. Not every day is a drastic deficit, otherwise this would be faster. I’m tryna keep dat 🍑
