Trying to eat more healthy, drink more water and eat more fruit. Eat less red meat. It does not digeast well. Also add more healty oils.

Milk altunitive will be coconut milk instead of almond milk. Hopefully my digestion problems will improve. Ordered a new pro biotic. Usually do not order these things on line but the infomercial was very convinsing Still have 12 LBS to loose.
146.6 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
