trying hard not to eat bad food and binge eat.
160.4 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

chew gum, or go for a walk and get away from the food! you can do it!

start buying healthy snacks to fill your kitchen. swap chips with snack size bags of a healthier chip (baked or something), ready cut fruits and veggies with hummus, nuts, cheese, any other healthy snack you see when roaming the store. that way if you do cave into a snack craving it won’t be terrible for you. you got this

to add to @kaylinrenee. Drink a glass of water when feeling hungry. Increase your protein to reduce the hunger pains. Always put a reasonable serving size on a plate. Never eat from the container, unless you plan on eating the whole container.

Microwave a bag veggies add seasoning and eat to your heart’s content.

These are all great ideas. I do need to walk every day when my back is not bothering me and I've been trying to drink more water. I love veggies so they will defiantly be on my shopping list.
