Pretty much held steady on the scale. Added some exercise, not regularly and increased fiber also not a regular practice yet. Now on to this week.

how do you intake your fiber? i was thinking of doing the same. do you eat more fibrous foods or do you mix some in your water or what

lilmisshaug, I'm eperimenting with adding it to foods. I add some into baked goods like muffins and chaffels. I grind psyllium husk in a spice grinder and add it to the batter. I don't notice it when eating it that way, but have to remember to drink a lot of water when I eat the fiber like that. I added it to oat meal and didn't like the sticky consistency of the oatmeal after that.
