Skipping extra food last night was a good choice and I see the results today. I posted a comment in another thread that I like to log my food before I eat it and see if the calories are worth it, if I really want it and more importantly, do I really need it. Taking a pause and evaluating helps. Tough to be consistent about it but it’s good to try.
