Over the moon with this result 🎉🥹 After weeks and weeks of slow progress, seeing this on the scales this morning felt amazing. Definitely back to feeling motivated and reenergised. Only a few pounds left to lose until my three stone milestone, come on!
189.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
