Down .6lbs from yesterday. I realize that's negligible, but at least it's lower. I'm going to record my weight every single morning. Keep myself accountable. I can't believe my weight has fluctuated this much over the last year. I used to never gain weight... Now it's like air has calories.
150.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Also weighing yourself everyday prolly isn't the best idea, you fluctuate about 2 pounds normally and seeing upticks will be discouraging. Keep it to once weekly max, track your progress that way. 🫂
