The only surprise here is that I didn't gain this week. My in laws were visiting so I ate a lot of meals that were near impossible to accurately log. Mid week I decided to just be mindful and put a pause on the logging until Monday. All in all, it was a good visit and I'll take maintaining as a win. 😊
