Everything has felt so slow these last few weeks, and for some reason I’ve been stuck in the lower end of the 14st bracket for what has felt like an eternity. Still thankful for the loss, really going to push myself hard this week!
If you’ve felt like you’ve plateaued or progress has halted, I get you and it does eventually get better 🙌🏼
196.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
