One too many glasses of wine yesterday, salty teriyaki stir fry, too many olives and bad food choices. Better path today and moving forward. We have these slip ups now and then. Having coffee with my BFF today.
161.8 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
