After not losing anything last week, I feel over the moon with this week’s loss! I really tried this week and didn’t pick/snack whatsoever, even though there were SO many temptations at work (I bake cakes for a living… So I’m surrounded by chocolate ALL DAY 😅). I’m off on holiday today for a few days, so this will be the real test. Here’s to another week 🏋🏻♀️
