3-3-23 gained some weight back since I had surgery...

227.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb. Still to go: 47.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.6 lb a week

Don't get discharged. It's just a setback. Once you're healed you can get back on track.
