It’s the cycle so not taking it too seriously this week, expecting a loss next week. My attitude has changed for the better because this would have discouraged in the past but I’ve been working out hard, maintaining a healthy diet and going to continue despite this result.. let’s see what next week will bring .
124.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
