Not ideal and I do still feel heavy - I want to recover my old weight (the weight I had when I started wanting to lose more weight lol) wow you did really went overboard with the eating .. I remember once a work colleague told me, and he sounded the most sincere on that state just before going and sneak up to smoke some weed , that sugar stays in your organism for life it’s not digested .. like ok glucose is decomposed in energy and all but I don’t remember exactly the words he used but totally made sense .. also sugar makes you age faster cause sugar makes this advanced glycation end products ( when the Glucose and fructose link the amino acids present in the collagen and elastin of dermis ) so he said he avoided sugar like the plague cause he knew it will just be ingested and stay there forever lol dramatic .. now, sugar is not only in sweets , it’s hidden in ketchup, sodas, yogurt, cereal, juice, etc .. anyway I digress - the point is that I need to start consuming more green tea, curcumin, veggies, etc and it’s so hard .. not that I don’t like vegetables- I do but just get so lazy cooking them waiting for it to be steamed .. I need to put more effort .. I’m throwing away the leftover Oreos I still have
