went away for 9 nights which ended up being 14 nights as the airport staff went on strike and couldn't get another flight for five days! knew I would put on but slightly more than I was hoping. very tired now I'm back and it's cold so struggling to get back into it.
129.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
