Got my new fancy scale thanks to the Briscoe door sale over the weekend.
My body fat percent reads 17.4%
Body water 60.4%
I’m not sure what to make of these readings for my age fitness seems pretty good anyone ?
Happy to say I weigh the same on both scales😂

Still to go: 21.2 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
