Uggh! The yo-yo between 162 to 160 won’t end 😞
Still going at it but wish I could push through this with breaking through to the 150s!!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
