When I started this app I was at May 18th.@ 195 now 191.6 today June 1st. glad with this app and the people’s comments about themself. I do a Marathon challenge to loss weight and change my food habits and it’s working. Thank you Jesus. U need to know it was not easy when I started I would go up and then down then up and down again. I’m sure some of u understand me. Not sure yet how to use the complete app but learning😁
191.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
