Warm summer Sunday here, early am walk, and an early evening walk! Weight was on 195. Believe I got in enough water (64oz) and almost enough protein. Still fall victim to a late afternoon nap. See Heidi tomorrow. Waiting for that look on her face! One more week or so on full liquids. I'm happy happy happy....
