I can't believe it. I'm kinda feeling disappointed. I know what happened. I wasn't counting calories during Easter weekend with my fam. I thought if I stuck to lowcarb foods everything will be ok. I guess not. I think I over ate too many times. I got up to Day 18/75 but I got distracted yesterday. Day 1/75 starts again today.
497.6 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 279.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 11.0 lb a week

Just because it's low carb doesn't mean it's low calories, always keep an eye on the calories. Carbs themselves mean nothing. But keep it up!

The long term trick is to learn limitations no matter the situation. So; you fell off the wagon, there was a consequence - weight gain and with it recognizing that all the previous weeks hard work was for nought. Getting back on that wagon immediately rather than after another meal, another day, another weekend or week is that trick. You can do this!
