Same Stats as yesterday. 3 days straight. I drank last night and ate past what I recorded, but I ate clean, high protein. It looks like I hit maintenance calories because I weighed in the same this morning. I think I need higher carbohydrates and protein today because I'll be working chest and shoulders at the gym.
