Now I'm on the rollercoaster ride.
137.1 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes just gets bit frustrating though maybe it's just watching bake off and other cooking programs that put calories on 🤣
