This result made me surprised ☁️🤨☁️ during the last week apart from monitoring my diet i had lots of exercise! At least one and half hour slow or moderate walking per day! I expected at least one kilogram losing my weight! But i just lost 100g! I know, i am walking in the right path. I should try more and more! Lets see what will be the result of next week!
