Thank you Buenita! At times it feels frustrating that I can't get these last 3+ lbs to leave. Then I remember how far I've come. This is all new territory as an adult. My doc recommended that I go for 151. I made it. This additional goal of 140, is my own doing. I'm trying to lose a roll off fat over my abs. If it doesn't work, oh well. At age 71 I can't expect a sleak body. But I'm going to get as close to it as I can. I'm starting to hop now in Jazzercise. Not a lot, but enough to push my heart rate up to it's recommended max. Amazing what this body can do. 😁
