Inflammation up
Took Lasix and Potassium
Walked way more than possible as I really can’t and my ankles are paying the price. I’ll keep walking . I gage to use a walker and a wheelchair for distance. I’ll still exercise as much as possible. 💯
199.6 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
