Yes! Lasix plus my macro chart was rocking! It’s really hard to get it that way. I avoid carbs, but they are everywhere. 11 lbs down from my highest weight. Ready to keep going down! I was able to walk a bit with my walked yesterday. I’m paying for it today, but I’m walking again today. My Motto-Never give up-Never stop smiling!💜
195.0 lb Lost so far: 11.1 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
