I finally see 163- this is slow and steady because this is what I can do. I am ok with it-so glad to see he numbers past 165 I did Hot yoga today and yoga yesterday. I walked brskly today 40-45minutes-in the sunshine!! I am so greatful for the sun and for loosing a pound.
