Whew! Finally a loss. This has been a long journey. I’m just wondering, when does my brain catch up with the loss? I still see myself as heavy. I was wearing a size 14 in January and Saturday I bought size 4 and I tell myself they just run big. People will tell me that I’m small, but I can’t see it. Help! What do I do?
