Went out to dinner last night, net carbs a bit high at 8% for the day, but did not cheat at all. Still gained though. The only thing I can think of is sugar in the shrimp sauce, but it was only 3 NC. The Caesar Side Salad was 12 NC minus the croutons. That's what probably what brought my NC into the 30's.
