The scale was a surprise this morning. I seriously would like to find something besides Coffemate Coconut Cream for my morning coffee due to the carbs but that's the one thing I admit I am addicted to! Ugh! It's so good..........
Watched Biggest Loser last night. That program - on the show - must be he!!. 100 lbs in 13 weeks; that's over 7.6 lbs per week average. Unreal. Oh I am envious, yes, but I hear it's brutal on the ranch!
216.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 51.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
