This week I had a significant weight loss. That always feels good! I lost 1.8 pounds. Generally I am looking for a pound a week so that is wonderful to see. As it is the end of the month I also look at the progress for the month. This month I have lost 4.4 pounds which is great considering one week I had a 0.8 pound gain. I compared Feb 2019 (lost 2.8 pounds) and Feb 2020 (lost 1.6 pounds) which is nice to see that I am doing better this month than I did in the last two Februarys. Finally, I went to Grande Prairie last Wednesday where we ate lovely East Indian food with no holds barred! And still I lost! A total win no matter how I am squinting at this. My renos are coming closer and closer to being done. Much is out in my shop and nearly ready to bring in and set up. The fellows seem to think Tuesday will be the finish up day. I have spent the last week alphabetizing! Last weekend I did the record albums which you can see a partial shelf in the one picture. I am now doing the CDs. In the picture you can see half the CD shelves. I have 'S' spread out on the table right now. Hope to have all the CDs done by tomorrow! Through the door you can see the lovely lit picture that is over the bed in that room. In the other picture is the little seating area I have set up in the book part of the room. I was standing in the sitting area when I took the CD picture so it is all one room. Next week I will have more pictures as everything should be in place and done.

Thank you everyone! I am so pleased to reclaim this basement space. It began with all cement walls and half of the basement with some drywall and barnboard. The ceiling in the other half was exposed joists and cobwebs! Those of you loving the record and CD collection you truly can only see half of each due to the way I held the camera. My husband loved his music and collected it all his life. I am pleased to give his collection a beautiful home. I must confess I got rid of his massive cassette tape collection - I just had to draw the line somewhere!
Shirfleur I would love to host you at my house! Let's talk post COVID :)!

Thank you freetime. I am looking forward to totally inhabiting that space. I find as long as I am consistent on which day I use for my weigh-in then it will all 'come out in the wash'! I do find I might make slightly higher calorie choices on Saturday and Sunday however I can kybosh an entire week in just one meal so I try to be cognizant that it is not a free for all! Collecting data really helps in making decisions - at least I can base my decisions on something other than a feeling or what I am being told in the moment.
