It has taken 2 1/2 weeks to break this plateau. The biggest difference was my monster-sized water bottle filled with Crystal Light Fruit Punch. I had it sitting on the countertop, and every time I walked into the kitchen I had to take 10 sips/drinks. After a while I get tired of going to the bathroom so much and I found myself staying out of the kitchen more! But seriously, the Crystal Light helped cut my sweet tooth and I had a good reason to stay away from the food I wanted because I had a “I want to eat everything” kind of 2 weeks. I also was more active which also kept me away from over snacking. I sure hope this plateau is gone! 😊🎈
