Well it’s been probably about a week so I’m really hoping that some of this is my constipation issue. We’ve been camping since last week and when I usually had been sticking to fruits and vegetables while camping we actually found a little diner and had a huge breakfast omelettes. Then I had a lot of chips when I came home. And pizza. And she is. And ice cream. Time to get back on the rails y’all
