I think I've managed to figure out my macro nutrients. It works a bit like an iron triangle for my body shape/structure - I'm a Mesomorph, so I shape up extremely fast if I exercise (which for the last couple of months didn't happen). 33/33/33 ratio on the carb, fat and proteins. It's just really difficult to get my brain to commit since if I am unhappy, stressed, down, angry, emotional I eat. Everything in sight and then justify it to soothe myself. And well the last six months have not been unicorns and rainbows.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
