Had a good day today. Did my fast after Coffee until 2. Broke my fast with one singular beer and then a couple very thin beef patties, 1C potato salad, and for dessert I had 1 tablespoon of ice cream and a Hersheys miniature LOL. Snacked on a couple cups of salted popcorn and that’s it for the day. Grand total about 1500 cal so I am at a deficit but only barely
