I hate junk food almost all day yesterday. The good news is - once it arrived in front of me - it did not look appealing. I also, I ate it, however it did not satisfy me and I do not feel so great today.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
