Not been on my health journey since I went to Iceland on the 12th March. I came back to COVID19 madness and the health plan went out of the window. I’ve put 8.5lb on in this time but I’m back on track from today. Hopefully I’ll be healthier and lighter in no time
220.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 73.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
