End of wk 9 = 159.8 lbs.
BF= 38.4 % (-0.8 lbs)
I will take it 😊 Have had a little challenge obviously with the energy of Coronavirus stay at home orders for our state and still working on getting bowel function into a routine so I'm counting as a successful week.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
