Well, I am surprised to see a 2 ounce loss this morning, I was completely out of control last week and expected a gain of at least 2 pounds. I'm getting back on track this week though.
220.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 86.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
